From a deckhand out of high school to project manager many years later, Scott has built a team wherever he is in the marine industry. He has built decks, docks and even a local 3 mile long boardwalk you have probably walked upon. Driven barges across Florida constructing bridges, seawalls and completing FDOT projects along the way. Most importantly, installing and maintaining boat lifts throughout the past 20+ years of his marine construction career.

Scott enjoys spending his personal time on the water with his daughter. You can find them at the beach, out on the boat, or fishing in the back bay. He is an active member in his Church, putting his Faith in what he believes in, and the path set forth by the Lord.  Faith, family and work. 

Nothing prepares you more for client relations as it does in the golf country club community! Ashlynn has honed in on scheduling, communication tactics, planning with a budget, business ethics, and team collaboration. Hands on experience backed with a degree in Business Management, she is able to reinforce Scott's vision for Elevation. Learning from 3 months of hands-on experience helping Scott, she has become well versed in the boat lift industry.

Ashlynn enjoys camping with family, DIY projects, laser engraving, playing softball or a round of golf with friends.  She is very active in the Girl Scout community as leader for her daughters troop and volunteers on the service unit team as an events coordinator. Recently added to the family is Rayne (featured below).
